Comeragh Rangers missed out on the Munster ladies football Plate earlier this afternoon, losing to Southern Gaels in the final by a single point, 3.09 to 1.14.
The game was sent to extra time with the side level on 2.08 to 1.11 after the hour, with Emma Murray raising the crucial green flag near the end of play.
In extra time, the Kerry side stretched their legs scoring 1.01 to Comeraghs three points.
