Lismore earned their third win of the county senior hurling championship last night as they overcame Portlaw by 2-15 to 1-10 at Fraher Field.

Peter O'Keeffe and Paudie Prendergast raised green flags to keep them top of Group 2.

Manager Dave Barry felt that Prendergast's second half goal was a vital score.

In the curtain raiser, Fourmilewater produced a strong second half performance to see off Roanmore 0-19 to 1-12.
