Chelsea are Europa League champions.
The Pensioners beat fellow London club Arsenal 4-1 in the final in Baku last night.
All of the goals came in the second half.
Former Gunner Olivier Giroud headed Chelsea in front, before Spaniard Pedro made it 2-0 on the hour mark.
Then on what was almost certainly his last game for the club, Belgian Eden Hazard scored twice.
The first goal came from the penalty spot on 65 minutes, the second was a lovely strike 7 minutes later.
Both Hazard goals were sandwiched by an Alex Iwobi effort for Arsenal.
The result means Arsenal have missed out on Champions League football for next season.
It's Chelsea's fifth European trophy.
It's expected Hazard will now join Real Madrid for over 100 million euro, with an announcement expected in the coming days.
Italian Maurizio Sarri has won his first ever trophy in management in his first season in charge of Chelsea.
He will now speak to the club about his own future.
