Craig Breen has replicated his form from last month and yet again claimed second place at a WRC event.

The Slieverue native with co-driver Paul Nagle placed second at Rally Belgium and in so doing, have reminded rally's bean counters why they should have a permanent seat in the i-20 for the season.

Challenging his teammate Thierry Neuville from the start of racing on Friday, Breen claimed victory on stages 2 and 3, but once the fourth stage began it was a two horse race with the Belgian and Irish drivers.

The reigning world champion Sebastien Ogier did not feature in the top standings this weekend, as he remained outside the top five being set by Breen, Neuville and recent rally Estonia winner Kalle Rovanpera.

Speaking after the event, Breen remarked that "Honestly it means a lot. Two events in a row and two podiums. Its the first time I've thought about it, it's amazing"
