Waterford camogie is set to seek the ratification of Michael Boland to continue as senior camogie manager.

The county executive confirmed the decision following a full review of the 2025 campaign, with the proposal to be brought to the next meeting of the Waterford Camogie Board.

Boland, who took charge after Jerry Wallace’s retirement, has overseen strong progress with the senior panel. Under his management, Waterford reached a Munster final and an All-Ireland semifinal, cementing their place among the top tier of inter-county camogie.

His backroom team will be confirmed in the coming weeks.

In a statement, Waterford Camogie said they look forward to Boland’s ratification and to continuing what they describe as “the exciting senior camogie journey the county is on.”
