Blues look to bounce back away to Bohemians

Waterford FC make the journey to Dalymount Park on Friday looking to maintain their unbeaten run against the Phibsborough side this year.

With two wins out of two against Bohs, the Blues will go in search of maintaining that record this year.

Padraig Amond netted the decisive goal in the Blues' last visit to Dalymount Park, as his 31st-minute strike proved the difference between the side on a night where Keith Long returned to his old club for the first-time.

Christie Pattisson & Padraig Amond scored either side of half-time as the Blues welcomed Alan Reynolds' side to the RSC at the end of May, as the Blues came out on the right side of a 2-1 score line in-front of 3,000 spectators.

Waterford head into the game on Friday sitting on 37 points after 26 points in the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division table.

Bohemians are looking to pick up their first league win since 17th May - which was a three-nil victory away to Sligo Rovers at the Showgrounds.

Bohs have drawn both of their last two league games - a 1-1 draw at home to Dundalk before a 2-2 draw away to Drogheda United last Friday, as they currently occupy eighth spot in the SSE Airtricity Men's Premier Division table with 28 points to their name after 24 games.

WLR will bring you the game live thanks to McConnell's Toyota Waterford.
