Waterford's Beth Carton has been shortlisted for a senior all stars camogie award.

The first ever Camogie All-Stars Tour will take this year to Madrid.

The Tour which will take place from November 29th until December 2nd will see two teams comprising of the winning Senior All-Stars from both the 2016 and the upcoming 2017 Awards ceremony face each other in an exhibition match in the Spanish capital.

All-Ireland champions Cork and finalists Kilkenny lead the shortlist.

Cork, who won a record 27th Senior All-Ireland title, receive 11 nominations while Kilkenny get 9.

Waterford received one nomination with Beth Carton named amongst the forwards.
