It'll be the first meeting between the sides since the 2021 All-Ireland Final last February where a dramatic late goal in the dyeing moments from Harry Ruddle saw the Gunners lift their first All-Ireland title as Shamrocks dropped to their knees, an unforgettable ending to an epic battle.
The Kilkenny men captured their fourth Leinster title in a row last weekend with a three point win over Kilmacud Crokes (Dublin).
This eagerly awaited tussle will be preceded by the other last four clash which will see Galway champions, St. Thomas' take on Dunloy from Antrim (1:30pm throw-in). Two intriguing battles in store on the week before Christmas, this will be exciting!
WLR will broadcast Ballygunner Vs. Shamrocks live from GAA HQ, thanks to George Corbett Skoda, with coverage commencing at 3:15pm.
