An Rinn will compete in the 2026 Waterford Senior Football Championship following a hard fought nine point victory over Clashmore/Kinsalebeg.

The Gaeltacht side defeated their West Waterford neighbours in Cappoquin on Saturday afternoon to ensure they kept their seat amongst Waterford’s top tier.

A 2-07 to 0-04 victory was enough on the day for An Rinn.

Clashmore/Kinsalebeg will compete in the Premier Intermediate Championship in 2026.
