In the centenary year of the Waterford Premier League, the showpiece game of the county's football scene takes place on Sunday at Ozier Park.
The Jimmy Searson Ardagh Premier Cup Final will see the defending Champions, Tramore, lay their title on the line as Hibernians aim to wrestle the cup from their grasp.
The holders have been impressive in their run to the final, scoring twelve goals in three games, and keeping clean sheets on every occasion.
Charlie Binions, Lee Kavanagh and Dara O'Brien have all netted twice, while Aaron O'Brien, Ben Daly, Conor Butler, Zack Shanahan, Tom Carney and Conor Butler all found the net once each.
Hibs had a shorter campaign with two games against Dungarvan and Ferrybank. David Breen's side beat Dungarvan in Kilrush Park 3-1, followed by a 2-0 victory over Ferrybank at home.
Mark O'Keefe - the Premier Division top scorer - has scored one, as have Daire O'Keefe, Sean O'Keefe, Jason Keane and Ben Walshe.
Fireworks are expected at Ozier on Sunday if prior meetings between the sides are considered. There have been 21 goals in their last three meetings
A Munster Junior Cup clash in 2023 saw Hibs put nine past Tramore to win 9-2, albeit that was a Tramore First Division side, while when they met in the Waterford Premier League the games ended in a 4-4 draw and a 2-0 win for the Seagulls.
A win for Tramore on Sunday would confirm back-to-back titles, making it four in the club's history.
Hibs, on the other side of the coin, are aiming to add to their impressive history in the competition. Seven previous titles sit in the cabinet at Mitchell Kennedy Park and David Breen's side will be intent on making that eight in all and a first since 2017 when they completed a historic five in a row.
Kick-off at Ozier Park is at 3 pm, Sunday, June 9th.
