The Henry de Bromhead-trained Air of Entitlement has won the Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle at the 2025 Cheltenham Festival.

The 16/1 shot, ridden by stable jockey Rachael Blackmore, pinged the last hurdle to breeze into contention and saw off the favourite Sixandahalf up the straight to land a narrow success.

It’s a first Waterford winner of the week – and yet another for the formidable Knockeen duo.

Rachael Blackmore said: “We have had a quieter two days! Walking home on Tuesday, I felt like I’ve been spoiled the last few years. Henry just does such an incredible job on them coming over here – and I’m so lucky to be on their backs.”
