Waterford FC will put their league duties aside this evening as they seek a place in the last four of the EA Sports Cup.

The Blues travel to Wicklow to take on first division outfit, Bray Wanderers in tonight's Quarter-Final.

Waterford got back to winning ways last Friday with a hard fought 1-nil win at home to UCD and will be keen to advance this evening, with no further match until late June.

Bray have been on a decent run of form since dropping down from the top flight and will be hard to beat on home soil.

Speaking to WLR Sport, Waterford manager Alan Reynolds says he'll be going with a strong starting eleven

Alan says advancing to the last four of the league Cup would be a big boost for the squad and told he told Matt Keane that there's still a long season there.

Kick-off @ the Carlisle Grounds is at 7:45pm, and Matt Keane will have updates across the evening here on WLR.

Elsewhere in tonight's other Quarter-Final ties, league champions Dundalk welcome UCD to Oriel Park, Derry City entertain neighbours Finn Harps @ the Brandywell while Bohemians and Cork City clash in Dalymount Park.
