Dublin provide the opposition for Paraic Fanning's charges in this penultimate round clash.
Waterford sealed their place in the Quarter-Finals following last weekend's third straight win over Carlow, following on from comprehensive wins over Offaly and Laois.
Mattie Kenny's Dublin suffered their first defeat last weekend, going down to Galway in Salthill.
Déise manager Paraic Fanning told WLR Sport that Dublin will be a step up in opposition this afternoon.
"They like to see Parnell Park as a bit of a fortress. They've a new manager and started the league fairly well.
"It's going to be a massive challenge up there but we're looking forward to it because the bar is going to be raised higher each week."

Benji Whelan's charges will seek their first win of the campaign as they make the trip to face South-East neighbours Wexford.
Despite battling displays in their opening three rounds, Waterford have been beaten by Wicklow, Limerick and Derry.
The Slaneysiders have just one win to date, and suffered a shock defeat away to London last time out.
