The Waterford ladies footballers commence their Division 2 National league campaign this afternoon.
Wexford are the visitors to the Gold Coast pitch in Ballinacourty, with the home side keen to make a positive start.
Waterford are under a new manager this year in Ciaran Curran from Dungarvan, and he told WLR Sport thah he has previous experience at both club and inter county level.
The Déise ladies will be captained by Karen McGrath from Ballymacarbry, and Ciaran says she brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Throw-in for that one is at 2pm.
