Eleven monthly winners will be vying for the overall award, which will be presented on the night by special guest, Kilkenny legend Henry Shefflin.
In a glittering inter-county career Henry won a record ten All-Ireland Senior hurling titles, thirteen Leinster Championship medals, six National hurling league medals and a record eleven All-Star awards.
He also claimed three All-Ireland club titles with Ballyhale Shamrocks, and is their current manager, Ballyhale will take on Ballygunner in next month's All-Ireland semi-final.
