Waterford FC have been handed a difficult set of fixtures in the first series of games in the SSE Airtricity Premier League
The new season gets underway on February 15th 2019 when the Blues will welcome Shamrock Rovers to the RSC.
Two difficult away games will then follow. On Friday February 22nd it's a visit to Turners Cross to play Cork City and four days later it's a long treck up to the Brandwell to face Derry City on Monday February 25th.
Friday March 1st will see Bohemians visit the RSC and seven days later on March 8th the Blues are away to Champions Dundalk.
St Patrick's Athletic will make the trip to Waterford on Friday March 15th.
Waterford will then take to the road on Saturday March 23rd to play Sligo Rovers.
Alan Reynolds' side will face then face the two newly promoted sides. They welcome Finn Harps to the RSC on Friday March 29th and will make the trip to Dublin to face UCD on April 5th.
