Defending champions Stradbally begin the defence of their Co. Senior football title this evening when they face Ardmore.
The Reds secured their nineteenth (19th) title last season following a thrilling extra-time victory over The Nire.
Stradbally have introduced plenty of youth into their panel and club Chairman Tom Cunningham says they proved their worth last season.
Tom says they're looking forward to the start of another campaign.

Dungarvan are back in the Senior ranks this season, they take on Portlaw in the opening game at 5:15pm.
Dungarvan boss Derek Lyons says the Eastern side did well last season to retain their top flight status.
Derek says they'll be looking to perform and get off to a winning start.
