Ardmore are gearing up for this afternoon's All-Ireland Junior club hurling Championship semi-final where they face Setanta from Donegal.
Ardmore have been on a great run winning their first ever Munster Junior hurling title in December with a six point over Ballybacon - Grange of Tipperary.
The West Waterford side will be keen to book a spot in the All-Ireland final at Croke and Nicky Keating of Ardmore GAA club says it's been a remarkable journey having being relegated in 2016.
Nicky says they don't know a whole lot about the Ulster champions.
He says the manner of their victory in the Provincial Final was a brilliant occasion.
Throw-in at Páirc Tailteann in Navan is at 2pm and we'll be keeping an eye on the action throughout the afternoon on WLR.
