Waterford footballers begin their Division 4 National Football league cmapaign this Sunday.

Tom McGlinchey's charges travel to Aughrim to face Wicklow who are under new management in John Evans.

Waterford lost their two games in the McGrath Cup against Clare and Cork but have been working hard in training over the recent weeks.

The Déise started last year's league campaign well with two wins but faded away after suffering a lot of injuries.

Déise boss Tom McGlinchey says Wicklow are always tough opponents.

Tom says it's vital to get off to a good start.

The Waterford Senior Football Team was named after training in Carriganore last night and is as follows:
