The annual Waterford GAA convention was held at a packed Lawlors Hotel last night.
The county board accounts showed a surplus of €30,000 and treasurer John Jackson says that their finances are in a stable position.
He paid tribute to the clubs for their role in easing the burden on the county board.
John says some of the attendances at club games particularly the Co. Senior hurling Final were disappointing.
The Waterford club season ticket is currently on sale at €130 (full) and €80 for OAP's and John Jackson says that they have proven very attractive.
He says that the season ticket offers great value for money.
Co. Board Chairman, Paddy Joe Ryan will feature on this evening's "On the Ball" Sports show with Gavin Whelan from 6:10pm.
