Things kick off in St. Carthage's Cathedral in Lismore on Friday evening at 7pm with music from John Stack, motivational speaker Edgar Kirby and much more.
Then on Saturday a free sunrise kayak from Lismore to Cappoquin takes place at 6am.
This is followed by a BBQ Breakfast on Cappoquin Quay with a full day of events planned.
In Tallow, later that day the artwork from the National School is unveiled at the public toilets.
This is the culmination of the work of students, teachers, and community members who all thought about what happiness and hope looks like to them.
Sunday sees Lismore's Millenium Park host a day of events from yoga, pilates, speakers, mindfulness, playful streets, games and more from midday.
All events are run by local organisation,
West Waterford Mental Health Awareness in a bid to increase awareness of positive mental health across the region.
Keep up to date on all the latest from The Big Breakfast Blaa with Ollie and Dymphna from 6am until 10am daily.
