Anna Jordan is synonymous with the arts in Waterford at this stage, and one of her babies is Modwords. #Modwordsfest is a now annual offshoot of that, and takes place at Theatre Royal and a number of other venues on July 13th and 14th. Ahead of that, Anna dropped into me in studio for a chat.

Jim Nolan was recently described as the John B Keane of Waterford, and with good reason. The renowned playwright has been producing top-quality work for decades. His latest play, The Red Iron is set to be staged at Garter Lane Arts Centre in November, but in order to get it over the line, a Fundit campaign was launched at Tully's pub in Waterford City recently.
