ATN2019 All Together Now music festival Portlaw Curraghmore

The site of All Together Now 2019, early Friday.

The second All Together Now festival returned to Curraghmore Estate in Portlaw over the August Bank Holiday weekend. The huge traffic issues have been widely discussed and promoters are to undertake a review of what happened. However there was much to enjoy on site at ATN2019; Mary was reporting from it and met up with many people from artists to food vendors to revellers, to members of the arts community in Waterford. You can listen back here to how she got on.

The Banksy Project Tramore is inviting businesses to sponsor walls in the town, on which selected artists can paint graffiti. There will be prizes for the best work and an awards ceremony on the weekend of October 26th. Organisers are also looking for volunteers to help out with the smooth running of the project, which they feel will be hugely beneficial for Tramore. Mary was joined On the Fringe by Afra Cronin and Ciara McCarthy, who had all the details..

Time and Tide is a collaborative exhibition being shown at the Coastguard Cultural Centre in Tramore. It features the works of Siobhán Burke, Síle Walsh, Linda Rice, Gemma Hodge and Cillian Gibbons, and it runs until August 31st. I was joined On the Fringe by Síle and Gemma, who spoke about their won artistic backgrounds, as well as describing the work of the other artists involved. Have a listen here..
