"Gone Full Havisham" by Irene Kelleher will show at Garter Lane on February 14th

Award-winning performer Irene Kelleher is bringing her second play, Gone Full Havisham to Garter Lane Arts Centre on Valentine's night - but as Irene tells me - this is certainly not a soppy play. It's a modern-day twist on the story of Miss Havisham from Dickens' Great Expectations and incorporates the fallacy of social media.  She discussed what inspired the one-woman play, in which Irene is also the performer...

Pat Coldrick is a Meath-native who taught himself classical guitar as a young teenager. His composition and performance has taken him all over the world, and Pat also has three albums under his belt. He plays Theatre Royal Waterford on February 22nd.  Ahead of that, he chatted to me about his life and background and how he stopped playing the guitar entirely, for 25 years.

Ballyduff Youth Drama has been in existence for many years, and the group is proud to bring its latest production, A Wing and a Dare to Ballyduff Community Hall on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th of February. I was joined in studio by organiser Helen Millea, and two of the main performers in the production, James Lye and Eve Kavanagh. You can listen to our chat here..
