"Gone Full Havisham" by Irene Kelleher will show at Garter Lane on February 14th
Award-winning performer Irene Kelleher is bringing her second play, Gone Full Havisham to Garter Lane Arts Centre on Valentine's night - but as Irene tells me - this is certainly not a soppy play. It's a modern-day twist on the story of Miss Havisham from Dickens' Great Expectations and incorporates the fallacy of social media. Pat Coldrick is a Meath-native who taught himself classical guitar as a young teenager. His composition and performance has taken him all over the world, and Pat also has three albums under his belt. He plays Theatre Royal Waterford on February 22nd. Ahead of that, he chatted to me about his life and background and how he stopped playing the guitar entirely, for 25 years.
