And we want to help you get out in the fresh air and clear your head! All this week, Ollie and Mary will be teaming up with AXA Community Bike Rides to give you the chance to win a €250 voucher for Cycle Superstore’s online store.
It’s all to celebrate AXA Community Bike Rides, a partnership between AXA and Cycling Ireland, which offers free social bike rides for adults of all ages.
AXA Community Bike Rides are actively seeking people in Waterford to become a Community Bike Ride Leader, helping inspire others to be passionate about cycling.
You’ll get the chance to develop your leadership skills and make new friends while improving your own health and fitness. You don’t need to be an expert, just a confident cyclist with lots of enthusiasm to support others.
They’ll provide this training for free on Saturday, March 7th from 9 am - 5.30 pm in the Regional Sports Centre, Waterford.
All attendees will learn how to plan and facilitate safe rides; provide positive and enjoyable experiences for all, and gain a certificate in Ride Leader. You must have a bike and helmet to partake in the course.

Be sure and brush up on your Waterford geography because Ollie and Mary will be touring the city and county on their bikes all week and based on their clues, you just need to tell them where they are!
