Who died on 9th November 2025

Monnie passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by parents Joe and May, brothers Andy, Joe, Pat and Jim, sister Maura McNeill.

Sadly missed by his loving sisters Lena, Una and Anne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends especially the Cooney Family and John O’Driscoll.

May He Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack St, Waterford on Tuesday (11th November) from 3:00pm to 5:00pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 4:30pm.

Requiem Mass on arrival in St. Paul’s Church, Lisduggan on Wednesday (12th November) at 10:00am followed by burial Butlerstown Cemetery.

Mass will be livestreamed at 10:00am on Wednesday by following the Funeral Service link below.
