Who died on Sunday November 14th
Beloved husband of the late Nuala and father of the late Ben, predeceased by his sister-in-law Pat.
Much loved father of Gaye (McAuliffe), Maria (Giljam) (Maidenhead) and Philip (Wexford).
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his family, sister Kathleen (Ryan),
daughters-in-law Breda and Frances, sons-in-law Tadhg and Martin,
grandchildren Aoife, Patrick, Katie, Shane, Ciara, Orlaith, Jenna and Michelle,
great grandchildren Ben and Ella, nieces and nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Maurice rest in peace.
Reposing at his residence on Monday November 15th from 3pm to 6pm.
Removal on Tuesday November 16th at 11.15am to The Holy Cross Church, Tramore for Requiem Mass at 11.30am
followed by burial in St. Declan’s Cemetery.

One of life's absolute gentlemen, I had the pleasure to work with Maurice during my time in WLR , when he was part of the Religious affairs team, Recording him on many many occasions , a perfectionist in his work, and I was proud when he agreed to sing at my wedding in 1995 , Sleep well Maurice, Give Ben a hug and I`ll play "Sunrise Sunset" in your honor tonight .R.I.P

Deepest sympathy to the Gavin family. Not only was Maurice a gentleman and a years-ahead-of-his-time executive for CIE, he was also a wonderful singer blessed with a voice of great quality. He made 'The Impossible Dream' his own and was a very popular addition to countless concerts and cabarets. RIP
