Formerly of Waterford Foods, Unite Trade Union, Dungarvan Urban and Waterford County Councils, former Mayor of Dungarvan

Peacefully in the gentle care of staff at University Hospital, Waterford, Billy deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Kay (née Donnelly), son John, daughter Emma, daughter-in-law Meg, grandchildren Aaron, Declan and Mairead, sisters-in-law Phyllis (Wales), Mary, Breda and Tish, brothers-in-law Michael and Alan, nieces and nephews in Midleton and Wales, extended family and friends. Billy is predeceased by his parents Tom T.D. and Abbie, brothers Anthony and Garvan and sisters Mary and Ann.

Billy be reposing at the Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan (X35 XN79) on Wednesday evening, 12th October, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, 13th October, at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine’s Church, Abbeyside. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
