Jim passed away peacefully in the tender care of staff at St. Vincent’s Unit, Dungarvan Community Hospital, on Tuesday 17th December 2024,
surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Hannah, brother Declan and sister Peg Hartnell.

Jim is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife Catherine (née Ahearne), daughter Mary, sons Michael, Jim, Richard and Pat (Chopper), son-in-law Clive Watson, daughter-in-law Gertie, grandchildren James, Tara, Seán, Sinéad, Rana, Aaron and Oceane, sister-in-law Margaret and her daughter Georgina and her sons Billy and Seán, nephew Stephen, extended family and friends.

Jim will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Thursday evening, 19th December from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m.

Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Friday morning, 20th December, in St. Laurence’s Church, Ballinroad.

Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
