Cecil Tiernan, Late of Sweetbriar Lawn, Tramore, Co. Waterford, formerly of Tralee, Co. Kerry.
Cecil passed peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family
on Friday the 5th of April 2024 RIP.
Predeceased by his brothers Jack and Jimmy and his sister Philomena.
Cecil will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his beloved and heartbroken wife Kathleen, his loving children Paul, Denise and John; his adoring grandchildren Marc, Joshua, Tim, Ben, Liam and Julie; his brother Frank and sister Mary; son-in-law Christian and daughters-in-law Katrin and Gabi. Cecil will be sadly missed by all his relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Cecil will be reposing at Falconer’s Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Saturday, the 6th of April, from 5pm to 7pm.
All are welcome.
Cecil’s Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday, the 7th of April, at 12 Noon at The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford.
Immediately after Cecil will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery. For those who wish to take part in Cecil’s Requiem Mass remotely, please follow the link below.
Cecil’s funeral cortege will leave his residence at approximately 11:30am and will walk from Tramore Credit Union,
at approximately 11:45am (weather permitting) to arrive for his Requiem Mass at 12 Noon.
Family flowers only please.
