Yellow Wind Warning Issued for Waterford

Waterford City and County Council has confirmed that Met Éireann has issued a Yellow Weather Warning for wind in Waterford due to Storm Chandra. The warning is valid from 5 am to 11 pm on Tuesday, January 27th.
Strong and gusty winds are expected, particularly along coastal and exposed areas. Possible impacts include fallen trees, loose debris, coastal wave overtopping, and hazardous travel conditions.
The public is advised to take care, secure loose items, avoid unnecessary coastal travel, and stay up to date through Met Éireann and local authority channels.
