A Yellow weather warning for rain has been issued for Waterford by Met Éireann.

It’s valid from 9pm on Monday December 8th until 9am on Tuesday December 9th.

Met Éireann is warning of heavy rain falling on already saturated ground.

Possible impacts include localised flooding, difficult travel conditions, and outdoor events being impacted.

The warning also applies to Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford, Cork, Kerry, and Tipperary.
