A woman in her 80s has died after a house fire in Wexford.
The blaze broke out shortly before 7 am this morning in Ballyeden, Davidstown, near Enniscorthy.
Gardaí said that the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
They added that a man in his 40s was taken to Wexford General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination.
Gardaí say the cause of the fire is not thought to be suspicious at this time.
