West-Waterford Golf Club has not been sold as of yet.
The facility went under the hammer for an online auction this afternoon.
It was initially thought that the final bid of €1.125 million had secured the sale, however, the auctioneer has confirmed to WLR News this evening that the property was withdrawn after failing to reach the €1.2 million reserve price.
Colliers say they are now in talks with the parties involved to discuss the sale of the property.
