Planning permission is being sought for a glamping facility in West Waterford.
An application was submitted by David and Laura Mulcahy to Waterford City and County Council on July 11th to provide glamping pods in Ardmore.
The development would allow for 5 glamping pods and 5 car parking spaces at a 0.36 hectare site in the Dysart area.
The development would be protected by an electric gate and would also include a biodiversity zone.

A decision is due by September 4th of this year.
