Planning permission is being sought for the development of 40 homes in West Waterford.
The development is planned for the Ballinroad area.
Applicants Francis and Bernie Dwane submitted an application to Waterford City and County Council on December 22nd, 2023 for the construction of 40 residential units at Kilminion South.
The development would comprise of various two-storey dwellings; 32 of which would be semi-detached; 4 detached and 4 terraced.

The application also includes associated site works, ancillary development works, and provision for new access gates, parking spaces, and lighting.
A decision on the application is expected by the 4th of February 2024.
