Now in it's 10th year, the Well Festival of Arts and Wellbeing gets underway in Waterford this week.
Events will be running across the county until Saturday.
Speaking to WLR News, Maeve Butler from the Waterford Healing Arts Trust says there is something for everyone.
"This is our tenth festival and it's a festival that celebrates all of the ways the arts make us feel good. When we talk about arts we're talking about music, art, dance, poetry, storytelling," she says.
"The arts are all about opening up your mind to new ideas, new things, new people, new places, new creations. The Well Festival is about reminding us that even in the midst of difficult times, beauty still exists."
Most of the lineup is free or low-cost and the full details are available on www.wellwaterford.com
