This year’s Waterford Business Awards take place on Friday, 8th March in the Tower Hotel Waterford, where over 30 businesses from across Waterford City and County will be recognised for their excellence in a variety of categories, from Customer Service and Best New Business, to Entrepreneur of the Year and Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility. Each day on Déise Today on WLR, a different category is featured, with interviews with the shortlisted businesses airing across the show.
Today’s category is SME of the Year sponsored by AIB. The winner, chosen by an independent panel of judges, will be announced at the Waterford Business Awards gala ceremony in The Tower Hotel Waterford on Friday, 8th March.

RelateCare is a healthcare communications organisation that began in 2013 as a joint venture between leading Waterford contact centre Rigneydolphin, and world-renowned U.S. healthcare system, Cleveland Clinic. Since inception, RelateCare has experienced exponential growth and now employs over 240 Patient Access Representatives, Registered Nurses, Contact Center Consultants and Support Staff based in Waterford – Ireland, Cleveland – Ohio, and St. Louis – Missouri.
