Waterford has voted YES by a massive 69.4%
Returning Officer Niall Rooney made the announcement just before 2.30 this afternoon.

The Taoiseach says today's overwhelming yes vote is the 'culmination of a quiet revolution'.
Results are in from a number of constituency's in the abortion referendum - all showing a resounding Yes.
So far it looks like Donegal will be the only constituency to vote No.
A final result is expected between 4 and 5 o'clock.
The Health Minister Simon Harris says he expects new legislation will be introduced to the Oireachtas in the autumn.
