A viewing party will take place in the Kazbar in Waterford City later this evening, with people being encouraged to turn out and show their support.
Chloe said the festival has been amazing so far.
"The highlight for me so far has been the parade on Saturday night," she said, "and the support from all the locals and from all of my supporters from Waterford was just amazing."
