The 15th Waterford Festival of Food has been hailed as a tremendous success.
Thousands turned out to take in the market stalls and entertainment in Dungarvan at the weekend in what proved a huge boost to the local economy.
CEO of the Waterford Festival of Food is Eunice Power.
"We had such an amazing weekend - it makes such a difference when the sun is shining. It was great that people could actually go out and enjoy themselves without getting drenched! We had huge numbers and positivity was flowing in Dungarvan."
"It was great to meet everyone - people were meeting friends that they hadn't met in ages, a lot of people from Dungarvan that are living away came back for the weekend. It was kind of like Christmas Eve!", said Eunice. "It really was a quality festival - the traders had a great day which they were delighted with, restaurants were packed, bars were packed, it proved a really fantastic few days for business."
