Today is the second day of the Waterford Festival of Food.
Highlights from the diverse range of events on this year’s programme include guided taste tours, kitchen table talks, dining events, and sustainability workshops.
There are plenty of events across the course of the day with over 100 stalls expected to line out in Dungarvan's Grattan Square.
Stiofan Mac Carthaigh will host a guided walk, talk, and taste tour, while familiar faces from the Irish food scene such as Darina Allen will host Kitchen Table Talks at Tom Currans.
A storytelling evening will take place at Salterbridge House while Conor Spacey's Root To Tip Dinner takes place at Dungarvan Courthouse.
