The pass rate for driving tests in Waterford City is the lowest in the South East region.
That's according to figures released by the Road Safety Authority.

The pass rate in Waterford stood at just 42.8 per cent.
It was slightly higher in Dungarvan, where the rate stands at 46.9 per cent.
In Kilkenny, the pass rate at O'Loughlin Gaels - 68.4 per cent, is the highest in Ireland.
The rate stood at 46.7 per cent in Tipperary and 59.8 per cent in Clonmel.
The lowest rate in Ireland is 36.8 per cent at the Charlestown centre in Dublin.
