Emergency services are at the scene of a road traffic collision in Tramore, County Waterford this afternoon.

The collision occurred near the Turkey Road Roundabout shortly before 4pm.

No injuries have been reported at this time but the road is currently closed in both directions as emergency services react to the situation.

Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and to take alternative routes where possible.
