57,500 music fans are heading to Electric Picnic this afternoon.

Hozier, Dermot Kennedy and Billie Eilish are some of the acts set to take to the stage today.

Toucan, Alex Gough and Waterford Whispers are among the Waterford acts performing this evening.

Ten-piece funk-pop ensemble Toucan will be on the Electric Arena at 6.00pm.

At 6.15pm the Waterford Whispers News Story, hosted by Dr Günther Grun is on the Leviathan stage.

Drummer/Producer/Rapper Alex Gough, who is described as one of the most promising artists of the new rising Irish music scene will be on the Three Made by Music stage at 6.66pm.

Tomorrow (Saturday) Backroad Smokers Club will rock the Word Tend in the Mindfield Area at 11.00pm

Sunday will see two performances by King Kong Company.

They will be on the Electric Arena stage at 3.30pm and will return in the early hours of Monday morning at Body & Soul at 1.00am.

Waterford Ska outfit Skazoo All Stars will also be on the Trenchtown: Kingston 12 Arena on Sunday at 5.30pm.
