This Christmas, churches across the country and county will operate at a reduced capacity with 50 people allowed to attend Masses.
As a result, many churches across Waterford are offering multiple ceremonies throughout Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as well as live stream services.
It will be the last time Mass can be celebrated with a congregation as the country is due to re-enter Level Five restrictions.
At the Cathedral of the Most Holy Trinity in Waterford City, Christmas Mass will be celebrated by the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore Alphonsus Cullinan.
