University Hospital Waterford is among the facilities with the most vacant beds.
HSE figures show that there are currently 187 vacant beds at UHW.
St James's and the Mater in Dublin top the list with in excess of 200 beds each.
As of 8 pm last night there were 9 confirmed cases of COVID 19 on-site at University Hospital Waterford and an additional 13 suspected cases were awaiting results.
There was just one person in the Critical Care Unit at UHW with COVID.
The HSE has also released maps showing the location of confirmed cases at midnight on Monday.
The red dots show the location of cases confirmed within the previous 24 hours with the grey dots showing previous cases.
As of midnight on Monday there were a total of 90 cases in Waterford since the outbreak began.
