Two boys have been brought to University Hospital Waterford for treatment of injuries as a result of a road traffic accident in the city.
Emergency services attended scene of the collision in St John’s Park, involving a car and two child pedestrians, at approximately 8:45am this morning.
The children were transferred to UHW for treatment of their injuries.
The road of the collision, off the R708, is closed at this time and Forensic Collision Investigators are at the scene.
