Conditional planning permission has been granted for 14 new homes in Tramore by Waterford City and County Council.

Applicant Middlethird Estates Limited have been granted planning permission for the development in the Newtown area, subject to compliance with 23 conditions

The development will consist of 2 two-storey 4-bedroom semi-detached houses, 3 two-storey 4-bedroom detached houses, 2 two-storey 3-bedroom semi-detached houses and 7. two-storey 5-bedroom detached houses together with all associated site works, including a new access road from the Newtown Road.

Among the conditions set by the local authority are that no construction activity can take place on Sundays or Bank Holidays, or after 6pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays.

The management and maintenance of the duplex units permitted herein following their completion shall also be the responsibility of a legally constituted management company.
