Tramore man to complete paddleboard around Ireland today

Tramore native Jim Swift is due to arrive back into his home town this afternoon after a record-breaking 1,600km paddleboard journey around Ireland.
Jim left Waterford on the 21st of June and has paddleboarded around the entire coast of Ireland to raise money for Waterford Hospice.
He has raised more than €15,000 for the local charity and donations can be made here.
Jim swam the English channel when he was just 20 but says that this challenge is the hardest thing he has ever done.
He has thanked everyone who has supported him and says he would love to see people turn out to welcome him home>
